That GIRL getting MUSCLES!!!
I am becoming one fit momma!! So for the past 10 weeks I have been doing T25, I have changed my eating habits, and I am seeing RESULTS!
So let me tell you about this T25... It is one of Beachbody's newest fitness programs that focuses on getting you awesome results in only 25 mins! That is right I said 25 minutes!!! So when I got my T25 Challenge Pack I received 10 weeks of workout dvds that range from core workouts, lower focus, full body, and all the workouts build upon one another which is also a BONUS!! Oh yea, with the T25 Challenge Pack I also got a 30 day supply of Shakeology (my daily dose of nutrition) which also taste YUMMY! (my favorite flavor is Chocolate... I loooovveee me some chocolate)
I personally chose T25 because guess what.... it is only 25 MINUTES!! come on! yall know I have a little baby who is very active and looovvess her mom's attention so a 25 minute workout was a-okay with me! Also Tanya is there to do low impact moves...so if you don't want to jump or get down on the floor like Shawn T, you don't have to, Tanya does low impact moves that gives you awesome results. I would say this about doing this program in order to get results you gotta put some effort into it!

Let me introduce myself! I am Brittany Grant, a wife and a new mom to a sweet baby girl. I have a degree in Health Education, Program Planning, and Management. I enjoy traveling, arts and crafts, and spending time with my family!
I began my fitness journey in October 2013 by joining my first challenge group! I practice clean eating and have incorporated exercising into my daily routine and I am loving it! Join me as I juggle my life as a mom getting fit and healthy!
